RETURNS
All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS. Following credit authorization, verification, and processing orders can take up to three days to process.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We use USPS for all orders in the USA and orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping on the weekends or holidays.

What is the process for returns?
Don't love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 7 days from the date your order is received to return your item for an exchange or store credit. Items are for EXCHANGE ONLY.
Exchanges received after 7 days will be refused and returned back to you. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you. All items returned to the GLAM.OUR Closet will be at the expense of the customer. The exchanged item shipping will be at the expense of the GLAM.OUR CLOSET. After the second exchange all shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
If you are exchanging an item please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way.
From the USPS first scan to delivery day. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received.
